NYE2017 Buffet + Countdown

What better way to usher in the New Year than with a buffet feast on board the Riverboat, followed by a maritime-style countdown on the al-fresco Bridge Deck with live music and a great view of the Marina Bay fireworks at midnight!

DINNER BUFFET

Get ready to be blown away as our chefs from Santa Fe Tex-Mex Grill and Wood & Steel Gastrobar come together to bring you an epic buffet spread featuring the best of both establishments, as well as a other international favourites, a roast beef carving station, live pasta cookout, BBQ & grills, and a delightful spread of desserts.

Dig in to Santa Fe’s signature succulent, meat-slips-off-the-bones Baby Back Ribs and Wood & Steel’s extra lively and spicy Thai-style Prawn Star among many other mouthwatering delicacies coming fresh from the kitchen. Food will be served till 11pm only, while desserts and sale of bar bites will be available all the way to midnight.

Did you know that out at sea, flags of different designs and colours are used to represent the letters of the alphabet? Walk around the decks of the Riverboat to find out what each flag stands for, and use the clues to decode a special message to claim your party pack and a dining voucher!

Dit-dit-dit, daaa-daaa, dit-dit-dit. Thanks to the legendary Nokia 3310, we all know the Morse code for ‘SMS’ by heart. Think you can manage more than that? Get on stage with us and participate in a challenge where two teams face off in communicating as many words as possible in Morse code in two minutes!

Sailor’s Hat Origami

An activity specially for kids aged 4 to 94. Learn how to fold a Sailor’s hat, decorate it in your very own style, and wear it proudly for the rest of the evening!
